HOTEL BOOKINGS

To make changes to a Hotel Booking please contact TravelDesk@Inteletravel.com and provide them your Pin#, Booking # , Customer name , Travel dates and a details about the changes.

 FLIGHTS

To make changes to a Flight you booked through your back office please contact AirSupport@Inteletravel.com or call 0330 808 4419 and choose option 8 System Errors To report system errors please email BetaEngine@Inteletravel.com and provide them your Pin# , Booking # , Customer name , Travel dates, screenshots of the error.

 COMMISSIONS

If you have a query on your commission report - check out these handy top tips from InteleTravel Refunds & Cancellations To submit a Refund Request you need to email CustomerService@Inteletravel.com with the necessary information in order for the refund to be processed. • Pin# • Booking # • Supplier: • Copy of cancellation ( YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITH THE SUPPLIER FIRST) Keep in mind refunds can take from 30-90 days (no exemptions) REFUNDS WILL GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD .

 NON STERLING REFUNDS

For Non-Sterling refunds please email Manez@Inteletravel.com , provide a bank Statement showing "Non-sterling fees", an original booking number, and an email linked to a PayPal account.
