You now have 3 separate trainings to complete. These will take you a few hour’s to complete each of them.

It is very important that you complete ALL 3, or you wont be able to book anything compliantly on your platform -

  1. Inteletravel Regulatory Training -

    We have the provided the answers for the test at the end for you, but be sure to take notes throughout the training.

  2. Inteletravel University -

    This is where you will learn the correct procedures to take payments & register your booking compliantly

  3. ABTA Training & Registration -

    You will not be covered by ABTA for client unless you follow these steps & complete the training.

Take your time, these may take a while but they are important.

Be sure to come back here and work your way through the rest of the Vault when you’ve finished this section

1. InteleTravel Regulatory Training​

Step 1 - Sign in to your InteleTravel System - you will have been sent log in details to your email when you first signed up.

Step 2 - Hover over the 'Education Tab' and select InteleTravel Regulatory Training

Step 3 - Work your way through all the modules and complete the multiple-choice questions at the end

IMPORTANT: Booking for UK Residents

UK Travel Agents can only book travel for clients who live and work in the UK. You are not covered under InteleTravel's License or via any ABTA/ATOL suppliers/preferred partners booking for clients who are UK citizens but living abroad regardless if they have a UK address or passport.

3. ABTA Training

Step 1 - Visit https://www.abtaknowledgezone.com/login/ and register as a new user 

Step 2 - Complete registration 

Email address: Your personal email

Name: Name your registered with InteleTravel

Company Name/Status: InteleTravel

City/Postcode: London, E14 5EN

Telephone number: Your phone number, not InteleTravel

Job Title: Travel Agent

Type of Business: Online Travel Agent 

Work/alternative email address: Use email address you registered with InteleTravel or a different address if you used your registered InteleTravel email in the original email field.

Step 3 - Wait for approval, which will come through via email. This may not be approved straight away, so please be patient and check your junk/spam folders.

Step 4 - Approval email received, go back to https://www.abta.com/ and sign in.

Step 5 - Complete the mandatory training section 'All About ABTA' which covers 5 modules; travel with confidence, about ABTA, ABTA code of conduct, financial fitness and protection and working with the industry.
